# LimeRoost

LimeRoost is business software sold to employers. It is **not** a job board, not
a CV or resume builder, and not a service sold to job seekers. See "What it is
not" below.

## What it does, in concrete terms

1. **You load the opening.** Paste the link where it is already posted and we
   read it, or fill it in by hand in about twenty seconds. It is born as a draft
   and goes nowhere until you decide.
2. **You get your own openings page**, with your logo, your colors and your own
   address. You embed it in your site with one line of code, or leave it hosted
   with us.
3. **Applications arrive ranked by fit**, and every requirement of the opening
   comes back with one of three answers: verified and met, verified and not met,
   or **nothing to verify it with**. That third answer is the point: it is what
   keeps someone from being dropped over a data point that was never there.
4. **You run the process on a board**: stages, team notes, and a record of who
   moved whom and when.
5. **Optional steps per opening**: short exercises and cases built from your own
   opening, and a short AI call. Each opening declares which steps it has, and
   what you do not turn on does not exist for the candidate.
6. **The candidate file**: one page with what the person solved, how, what they
   asked, and where what they wrote does not match what they said out loud. It is
   meant to be read before the human interview, so that interview starts at
   minute twenty instead of minute zero.

## Prices

Posting openings, sharing them and receiving applications is **free, forever, no
card**. What is paid for is AI usage, and each plan says how much it includes.

Each AI call lasts 20 minutes. Extra calls cost USD 2 each. Exercises and cases
do not consume calls and are unlimited on paid plans. **Nothing is charged per
seat**: an account can be shared with everyone who recruits with you.

## Who it is for

- A company hiring for its own team.
- A staffing agency or consultancy selecting for several clients.
- An independent recruiter who needs a branded page and a process without
  paying per seat.

Usable from any country. Market data and the public catalog are centered on
Latin America, and the evaluation asks where each person can legally work
instead of assuming it.

## What it is not

- **Not a job board.** We do not sell placement or position: nobody pays to
  appear above someone who fits better, and the candidate sees the same
  evaluation the employer sees.
- **Not a CV or resume builder.** LimeRoost reads the CVs an employer already
  received. It does not write CVs and it does not sell anything to candidates.
- **Not an HR system.** No payroll, no attendance, no performance reviews. The
  product ends when the person is hired.
- **No emotion recognition and no honesty scoring.** Neither one works, and the
  European AI Act bans emotion recognition at work. What we do show instead is
  the contradiction between what someone wrote and what they said, as a fact the
  employer can check with the person.
- **We do not train models on the CVs an organization receives**, and we do not
  show one organization's candidates to another.

## Questions

**Does it replace the ATS I already use?** It does not have to. You can use it
for a single opening, or embed your page in your site and leave the rest of your
process where it is.

**How is it different from another ATS?** The ranking can be defended: each
requirement says whether it was verified, and the candidate sees the same
evaluation you see.

**Who sees my candidates' data?** Your organization and nobody else.

**Can I start without talking to anyone?** Yes. You create the account and post
your first opening. Sign-up is open.
