AI applicant tracking for companies, agencies and recruiters
Your candidates, ranked and with the reason attached
We read the CVs you receive, rank them against the role and tell you which requirements we could verify for each one. You decide who to call.
The problem
Forty CVs, half an hour, and a shortlist you have to justify
You read, you drop, you build the shortlist. And when the client or the candidate asks why someone is out, the answer is in your memory.
Half an hour per role, reading the same thing
Half of them miss something the posting already asked for, and you find that out after opening the file.
The process lives in your inbox
Who replied, where each one stands, what you promised. Split between threads and a spreadsheet.
The rejection leaves no record
The reason for each one lives in your head and lasts about a week.
What we fix
What changes in your week
In the same order these things hit you.
Today
You open forty CVs to find out who meets the basics.
With us
They arrive ranked by fit, and whoever misses a requirement arrives flagged, not mixed in.
Today
Email threads and a spreadsheet only its author understands.
With us
One board, with who moved each person and when. Your team's notes right there.
Today
Explaining a rejection from memory.
With us
Every requirement says whether it could be verified, and which one could not. That you can show.
How it works
- 1
You load the role
Paste the link where it is already posted and we read it, or type it in twenty seconds.
- 2
Applications come in wherever you want
Through your own page, through your own address for receiving CVs, or by uploading the ones already in your inbox.
- 3
You decide with the file in front of you
Fit, verified requirements, the exercise if you turned it on, and what your team wrote. All on one screen.
What we do
Every CV arrives read, ranked and with the reason written down
Every requirement says whether it could be verified
We check it against what the person entered: met, not met, or nothing to check it with. That third answer is what keeps someone from being dropped over a data point that was never there.
Your openings page, inside your site
You copy one line of code. It takes the background and colors of your page, so there is no foreign box in the middle. When you close the role, it disappears from both places.
You choose where each role shows up
On your board, or also in the catalog of people already looking for that role. Two switches, because some roles you only want to show to people who already know you.
Nobody pays to show up first
Fit decides the order and nothing else. And the person sees the same evaluation you see, with the same reasons.
You turn on only the steps you want
Exercise, call, case. What you leave off does not exist for the candidate, and each role can have its own.
Exercises from the role, not from a question bank
They come from your own posting, so solving them with an AI does not help much: what gets looked at is judgment, not content. They do not use up calls.
You start today, without talking to anyone
Create the account, load a role and the board is there. If you'd rather have us walk you through the first one, write to us.
Follow-up over WhatsApp or emailSoon
An agent tells the candidate where they stand, answers them and reminds them of every meeting. You stop chasing emails.
The AI call starts with your companySoon
It explains the role, answers whatever they ask, and only then gets into their experience. What it says about your company is what you wrote.

Questions
What if it drops someone who was worth calling?
Nothing gets dropped on its own. The full list stays there, ranked, and a requirement we could not verify shows up as exactly that instead of counting as failed.
Where do the candidates come from?
From your own flow. The ones who apply through your careers page, the ones who email you and the CVs you upload by hand all land in the same list.
Do I have to drop the ATS I use?
You do not. Try it on one role and leave the rest of your process where it is.
How long until a role is live?
A couple of minutes: you create the account, paste the job description and you have the link to your page to share. The exercise and the AI call get switched on later, on the plan that carries them.
What does it cost?
Posting roles and tracking candidates is free. The AI plans are USD 39, USD 129 and USD 349 a month, and what changes between them is how much analysis they include and whether more than one person works on it.
I recruit on my own, is it for me?
Yes, and that is what the USD 39 plan is for. There is no charge per role and none per recruiter.
Does the candidate know an AI evaluated them?
Yes, and they see the same evaluation you see, with the same reasons.
Who sees the CVs I receive?
Your team and nobody else. No other company sees them and we do not train models on them.
