Terms

What LimeRoost is, what it does and what it does not, what happens with your money, and how you leave whenever you want. Written to be read, not to discourage you.

This is a courtesy translation. The binding version is the Spanish one, at limeroost.com/terminos. If the two ever disagree, the Spanish text is the one that counts.

Who provides the service

LimeRoost is a product of Sur Labs, LLC, a Delaware company in the United States, registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. The product is operated from Argentina. For anything at all, write to hola@dametrabajo.com.

What LimeRoost is, precisely

It is software. It helps you find postings that meet your conditions, prepare a CV aimed at each role, fill in application forms with your own data, and follow every application until it ends.

It is not an employment agency or a placement service. We do not represent you before any company, we do not act as an intermediary in your hiring, we do not charge employers, and we have no relationship with them. What you do with these tools, you do yourself, in your own name.

  • We do not guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, or a reply.
  • We do not guarantee a salary, a job level, or a timeline.
  • We do not send applications for you: the extension fills in what it can and you press send.
  • We do not publish anything in your name: brand content is written and scheduled, and you publish it.

Everything you pay for here is the work of preparing, organising and not losing track. The outcome of a job search depends on you, on the market and on whoever decides at the other end, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not telling you the truth.

Your account

You need an account and you have to be over 18. The account is yours and personal: do not share it, because your CV, your salary figures and your applications live inside. You are responsible for what happens with your credentials.

The data you enter has to be yours and true. That is what makes the product work: a CV built on invented data falls apart in the first technical interview, and there the one who loses is you.

Plans and billing

There is a free plan that does not expire, and paid plans. Prices, what each one includes and the available billing periods are on the pricing page, which is always the current version. We deliberately do not repeat them here: a number written in two places ends up out of date in one of them.

  • The subscription renews on its own at the end of each period, for the same length, until you cancel it.
  • In Argentine pesos, Mercado Pago charges you. In dollars, Paddle does, and there Paddle is the seller of record: Paddle issues the invoice and its terms apply to that charge. You can also pay in USDC, by transfer.
  • If a charge fails, the provider retries. If it cannot be collected, the account returns to the free plan and you do not lose anything you already entered.
  • If prices change, the new price applies from your next renewal and we tell you by email beforehand.

How you cancel

From your own account, at any time, without writing to anyone. There is no retention call and no form to justify yourself.

When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not cut off immediately and it is not prorated downwards: if you paid for the month, the month is yours.

Refunds

The detail, with the deadlines and how to ask, is on the Refunds page.

You have fourteen calendar days from signing up to change your mind and get your money back, without having to explain why. Argentine law requires ten: we give fourteen, to everyone. Just ask at hola@dametrabajo.com and we refund it through the same channel you paid with.

If you are in another country whose law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies just the same, even if the period is different.

Beyond that, and in case your country gives you none: if something in the product did not work the way this page or the pricing page said it would, write to us and we sort it out. We do not refund for having used the service and not found a job, because that is not something we promise anywhere.

What you cannot do

  • Use someone else's account, or let someone else use yours.
  • Enter other people's data without their knowledge: the profile is yours.
  • Resell the service, or use it to apply on behalf of other people as if it were a service of your own.
  • Automate mass, indiscriminate applications to postings. The product exists to apply better, not to apply to everything.
  • Try to extract data from the system outside what the application offers, or interfere with how it runs.

If any of this happens we can suspend the account. If it is a misunderstanding, we talk: write to us before you lose what you entered.

Who owns what is inside

Yours. Your CV, your data, your applications, the generated documents and the brand texts are yours, and you can take them with you. Having helped you build them gives us no rights over them.

The software, the LimeRoost brand and everything that makes this run is ours. Using the product transfers none of that to you.

When something breaks

This is a product under construction and sometimes something will fail. When it does, we fix it and we say so. The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of permanent availability.

Our liability, in any case, will not exceed what you have paid us over the last twelve months. We are not answerable for a job you did not get, an interview that never came, or a decision a company made.

Your data

What we store, where it lives and who can see it is explained in full in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

If this changes

If we change something that genuinely affects you — the price, what your plan includes, how cancellation works — we tell you by email before it takes effect. Minor changes are published here with the date above updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. That does not take away the rights your own country's law gives you as a consumer: if where you live there are consumer protection rules that cannot be waived, those apply just the same and above this clause.
