The board comes with one line to copy and paste into your site. It uses your colours and inherits your page background, so it does not look like a patch of ours in the middle of yours. Close an opening and it disappears from both places at once.
Two switches, not one
Each opening decides two separate things. Open means it shows on your board. Also on LimeRoost means we also show it to people searching for that role here.
They are separate because some openings you only want to show to people who already know you, and forcing a choice between your site and our catalogue would be deciding for you.
Whose side we are on
Both sides, which is why this is better said early: we do not sell placement. Nobody pays to appear above someone who fits better. What we do is show your opening to people who can work where you hire, which is the only thing that helps either side.
Whoever arrives through your board sees exactly the same evaluation you see. There is no company version and candidate version.
What it costs
Posting your openings and having your board costs nothing, and this is not a launch promotion: it suits us, because the people who arrive that way get to know the product.
